How Andy helps you compare new homes

Start with your budget, preferred location, ownership needs and moving timeline. Compare the actual model, lot or suite, floor plan, recurring costs and complete purchase price. A community starting price alone does not establish what your chosen home will cost.

Request the current feature schedule, deposit instalments, availability and contractual dates. Have your lawyer review the agreement and disclosure documents and your lender confirm financing before relying on a purchase budget.
