Quick Move-In New Homes in Ontario

Compare communities where builders list quick move-in options. Check the specific home, price and contractual closing date.

3 listed communities. Reference prices; confirm current inventory and complete terms.

These communities have quick-closing or quick move-in options on their official builder pages, reviewed October 7, 2026. This does not mean every home is ready or that a particular unit remains available.

Maya lists selected homes with closings as soon as 30 days. Empire separates Riverland quick-delivery inventory from build-to-order plans. Mattamy has a Wildflowers quick move-in selection. Project pages provide source links and price context.

Ask for the address, build status, included finishes, complete price and contractual closing date. Coordinate lender approval, legal review and any sale of your current home around that purchase. Existing finish selections may limit customization.

Other projects may have inventory, but a generic ready-now label is not enough for inclusion here. Reconfirm availability before arranging a visit.

Buyer questions

What does quick move-in mean?

A home already complete or under construction with an earlier closing opportunity than a future build. The agreement and specific home determine timing.

Can every home close in 30 days?

No. That timing may apply to selected units only. Obtain written confirmation of the address, availability and contractual date.
