Does Quick Closing mean I can move in within 90 days?
No. Some homes labelled Quick Closing have builder-posted completion dates in 2027. Obtain the current construction status and contractual closing date. Some Vista Hills dates differ between the PDF and model pages, so neither should be treated as a firm promise.
What deposits do these homes require?
The reviewed price sheets contain different schedules for eligible move-in-ready homes, other builds and some qualifying insured buyers. For eligible closings within 90 days with pre-approval, certain sheets show $25,000 below $900,000 or $35,000 above $900,000. Erinbrook applies its $25,000 move-in schedule to Buildings B and C. Confirm the home-specific agreement.
Is Ladyslipper at Vista Hills available?
